Do you even have a SLA? Even the smallest company that cares about its customers has a SLA
Ive written here and twice to support asking for help with clarification on the signup bonus as ive not recieved it and all requests for information so far have been ignored:-

Can you please explain to your customers what your SLA is if you have one and if you think waiting 2 weeks and counting for an answer to questions submitted to supprt, other than the auto response, is acceptable.
