account verification confusion

I started of as most newcomers (i guess) with an unverified account. Basicly i didnt want to give any personal information untill I decided that id like the game enough to stick arround for more than a couple of days first

Ive now entered my PayPal account details which is a verified account and its now been over a week since ive done this and still not recieved the signup bonus, so the question is simple do i still get the L$250 or should that be do you still give it out.

I posted a similar message on the resident answers forum and one reply suggested that this bonus is only available if you enter the verification details on sign up. is this true? if so why isnt this made more clear on signup? or even on the membership plans page? according to that, and i quote:-

"2Signup bonus is issued only on our confirmation of valid credit card or other identity information. You will not be charged for this bonus – the information is collected only to confirm your identity. "
