Gift Page Still Not Fixed

Dearly Darlings,

I hate to moo...but...The Gifting page issues are still not resolved. E-mails and calls are not being answered. I know it will utimately be fixed. However..when you wait for 45 minutes to be put in the queue, it would be nice if the recording would tell you what the mumber is so you can refer to it in the future and not keep piling up numbers that you don't know. That is NOT efficient.
