regarding this thread ?

Looks like Ishtara Rothschild made a post about it after me and youve answered her.(Which is good now, Ill just read the replies to hers now) But what about me? I could be wrong but I believe I was the first person to bring this up in linden answers, now there are several posts regarding it after mine- all answered.

There was not even any type of acknowledgment you even saw my post, meanwhile myself and others were pulling out hair as to why our clothing was reverting back to default state.

Im not so much irritated this is happening as I am irritated I got no sort of acknowledgment the problem existed. But as stated, no use replying now as Ishtara(etc) made a new post and youve answered her.

Paying to play makes me feel I should be treated better than I have been when it comes to customer service. Why no reply to my post? Why no reply to my live help inquiries? Why long waited e-mail responses from support? I could see if I was rude but with live help I nicely asked what was going on, in linden answers i was certaintly not rude. Why the lack of service? Or perhaps was my post simply "overlooked" and i am taking this personally?

Hi Jesseaitui, Our sincere apologies for not replying to your initial post. As it stands now, with over 1 million (!) residents, it has become increasingly difficult to give each Resident the attention they deserve. We are working on several solutions to this problem, stay tuned to the Official Blog for more information. We thank you for your continued patience and understanding in this matter
