I'm sorry but a blog post with over 1000 posts is not a scaleable discussion. It would take me days to figure out what has been said let alone find if LL had replied to any of the questions posed...besides what if the questions directly relate to the newer post. They are not exactly the same topic.
Just fyi, I have recieved several IM's in world regarding your reply to my first post as sounding like LL is "tired of hearing us whine so they turn comments off" and "they are imposing their own censorship"
At some point I think one discussion needs to be cut off and a new one needs to begin because I don't think even LL is keeping up with the 1000+ post blog entry. If you are cheers and kudos to you, but no way can I even begin to find an answer to my questions in that mess.
Re: the recent blog posts showing on startup screen....I am able to click "connect" before that info even shows up and I do. I suspect many have figured this out as well.

Blue Linden:
The best way to jump to Linden replies to comments posted in the blog is to search the page for the word Linden. (Ctrl-F in Firefox)
An even better search string when trying to jump to a Linden reply in the blog:
Search for linden says, it will skip right to the next Linden response header (bypassing any references to a Linden in someone else's comments.
