Can't acces SL from this computer

For some reason I can't acces Second Live from my current location - even though I was on earlier today. Apparantly I've been banned - but I can still access the website and forums, I even bought some Lindens to see if I could.

It seems like it has to be a mistake of some kind, and I sent an email to support. I'm just posting this because I'm frustrated that I can't login and I don't know why. Does this ever happen on accident? Could it be a glitch/bug? And how come I can post here but can't access Second Life?

IEverytime i try to log in i get a cant log in on this computer message and to contact support which i have tried to do. I have tried calling the support line to no avail and sent emails to which i have had no response. PLEASE PLEASE whats going on ???? I have had no email regarding a ban so why cant i log in ??????

what is going on??? I was on sl fine last night and as far as Im aware havent upset anyone/broken any TOS yet this morning I get the message * cannot acces sl from this computer* ???? As there seems to be other people posting with the same problem can someone take a look and get this sorted ASAP.
