Questions posted yesterday are being answered now. We were told the end of bumps and not to repost our questions. Yet my questions about preview grid that I hoped could actually help LL still hasn't been answered. Looking back there are two pages of questions from around the 14th that have been ignored. I do agree many are not questions, they are outbursts of anger, but not all of them. If we posted legitimate questions during that time frame do we need to be repost them?

I understand fully the load all of you are working under. It is mind boggling even trying to comprehend having to reset nearly 3/4's of a million passwords. But I feel we are being patient waiting for our answers but not if our questions are going to be completely ignored.

Hey Jesse, thanks first off for your patience and for being understanding. My apologies for the missed questions. Normally as you know, given the history of your forum, we--including I--really make an active effort to get on and keep answering!

Better yet, please PM or email me (torley@lindenlab.com) with the URLs we missed--you don't even have to repost them.

The increased popularity of this forum's led to our new Guidelines:

I see these from you:

/139/1f/137582/1.html
/139/68/137348/1.html

so I'll be getting to them right now. :)
