Hi.. i havea friend who would really like to get on this game but his cell phone provider is moterola/cellular one... are those phone servies going to be in soon to be used to register into sl? if you can give me a responce would be great.. thanks again.

Hi Senia. Mobile phone verification for a new SL account is done using SMS (short message service). There are Motorola phones which certainly support this, so your friend could give it a spin at the join page and see if it works.
