Missing stuff in Inventory

all i really want to know is if there is a chance this stuff will be back or if we can consider it gone for good?

I really dont want to go buy it all again but just knowing the many many many items missing will not return will at least allow me to get back to playing .

Just a simple "your items are gone for good" would go along ways towards helping decide wether to start saving to replace the items i liked or just waiting for the database to find the stuff im missing.

thank you for all your efforts i do appreciate that your jobs are not easy.

PS and yes i have tried clearing cache and even uninstalling and reinstalling didnt help :(

Hi Damet, I'm sorry I can't tell further from here — I made some posts on this previously, but yours is an account-specific issue, which Linden Answers isn't for. I recommend contacting Support to have it checked out further. Good luck.

Missing large amounts of items from my inventory

I am missing nearly all the outfits I purchased. I currently have two left. This is a loss of over 20 outfits and costumes.

I am missing parts of my sensations female starter pack and the sensations strapon.

I am missing very expensive SexXx Drive Engine.

I am missing so much more than all of the above listed items.

In all I am missing over 10,000L of inventory. I am not the only one missing these items. They have been missing since the 1.13 update last wensday.

I have tried the following:
Clear cache and relog over 100 times now as I do this a lot when I TP around anyways.
Search recent items tab setting the filter back to the day before the update.
Cleared temporary Internet files as a friend suggested it.
Uninstalled and reinstalled SL entirely.
Filed a bug report.
Bothered people in live help.
Asked in a recent blog post that the Linden staff update us on this issue along with the search issues.
Sent a 750 word email to support.

Not only have many items been missing since wensday I have lost a little more on Saturday and fully expect to loose a lot more in the days to come as this seems to be a pattern of losses for me now.

What am I to do? Just give up and quit SL?
Will I ever see any of these items? by now I doubt it.
Will I ever be compensated for my losses? Get real!
Will there ever be any kind of public acknowledgement of our losses? None yet!

I am very saddened by all this, very angry about it, and feel so many negative feelings I wonder why I even take the time to post in this forum instead of just grabbing a box of chocolates and getting fat again.

Well I just had to vent AGAIN. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Also merged yours, Minni — I've also let Kona Linden know of your missing inventory woes. I'm going to find out from him what we should do to help anyone else affected, including those of you reading this!
