So it seems I've ran into a few snags with SL, I hope the good people around here are able to help out. 1) I tried contacting Tech Support about bullet 2 below, and got back several blank emails from them in my message box. I.. don't quite know what to make of that, haha. 2) I'm unable to login to the test grid. Using the exact same password and user name that I use to login to the normal world, I get "incorrect user/password" messages. I've been trying for at least a couple of days now to no end. 3) I'm verified with SL throuh a paypal account. Am I supposed to recieve a weekly stipend? For, this week, I did not recieve any such thing, and ended up having to shell out real money from my paypal account just to upload something, which made me saad. I also might be misunderstanding something. Thank you for taking the time out to help me!  |

A cheery hello, Eddie! 1) We have a prob with Yahoo emails. Sorry about the confusion; please see: /139/46/121608/1.html#post11528242) Confusing message but it means you're too new in SL! (Rats, there used to be a message up there explaining why this happens--I'll ask it be put back!) The reason why: /139/ed/115463/1.html3) You will get a weekly stipend on a Premium account. Basic accounts don't have a stipend, but you can of course purchase L$ through LindeX. You're super welcome. |
