empty e mails

I reported somebody who orbited me a few days ago, I got a response in my yahoo mailbox, it says abuse report resolved, but when I open it, the mail is totally empty, I wrote back and asked to send the resolution again, and got another empty mail, then went to the police blotter......... nothing. Is there a way to know what's going to happen? what was the resolution? I really have been very upset when I see that person online and probably laughing at what he did.

Oy Milly, this is frustrating to us too. It's a specific problem with Yahoo email addresses. There's a workaround so not all is lost. Please see:
