The last few posts you`ve replied to re troubles being allowed to post on the blog were posted AFTER the requirement for registering was dropped.

I think that the problem is that these are people who HAVE registered with WordPress, and are unable to post NOW, with the requirement removed.

There is a known solution for those who are having this problem.

They need to log in at WordPress, and tell it to NOT remember them. Then log out. Then return to your blog.

I have not tested this, as I never registered with WordPress, but I HAVE seen the proceedure outlined here in the Forums. I may have seen it in the Blog, too, but I do not follow the Blog as closely as I follow the Forums, because THE BLOG DOES NOT WORK FOR ME ANYWAY. No, my problem is not technical. My problem is style of operation and lack of features. The Blog cannot be used the way I need it to be usable.

I`m sorry. I want to help, and here I am, venting. ::hugs::

Yes, sorry if I wasn't clear, the posts I have been replying to were from Residents who had trouble over the weekend in registering for the blog or in logging in. I'll be sure to add your additional information to any questions posted after the requirement was lifted yesterday - thanks!

I am well aware of those, Jeska, and yes, you did address pre-change questions both before and after, but several answers you posted immediatly before I butted in were replies to particular questions that specifically appeared to have been posted after the change, not before, else I would not have poked my nose into your business.:)

Hey Llauren, thanks for pointing this out, it might help more if you emailed Robin directly tho -- [email=robin@lindenlab.com]robin@lindenlab.com[/email], or PM her, because this forum isn't a discussion one, and as you know, you can't reply to posts. I'll merge this thread with another of yours, it's confusing to have them scattered around.
