I have a huge problem trying to get any answers on live help. As of right now, I have been waiting 33 MINUTES for someone to respond. This is not the first time this has happened either. Just two days ago the private island I am estate manager of crashed and got nowhere trying to find answers. After waiting 20 minutes I finally gave up and closed out the window.
I'm sorry, I know you guys are busy, but waiting 20,30,40+ minutes for a response is ridiculous. What use is "live help" if no one ever responds to you, and when they do they give a canned answer then close out the window before you can even respond?

Sorry — Live Help isn't scaling with the overwhelming crush of questions. We're making moves to change that, like changing its name to "Help Request" and communicating expectations.
