Cost for downgrading account?

In this thread , it's pointed out that there is a now a fee to downgrade a Premium account to Basic. On the Membership page, I found:

* Downgrading from Premium Trial to Basic or reactivation of a closed account will incur a one-time $9.95 fee

Could you clarify what you mean by "Premium Trial"? And, more specifically, if I have a premium account I created in January of this year, is there a charge to downgrade it to a Basic account?

Sorry about the confusion involving this, Seraph.

What this basically means:

A "Premium Trial" account is a potential Premium account-to-be that's not yet been paid for, and lasts for 7 days before you're billed for it.

This caused problems because as we currently only have referral bonuses for Premium members, some were expecting to gain the Premium referral bonus for friends and then not pay.

Specifically, there's no charge to downgrade accounts if you're on an actual, full Premium account. :)
