I need help.... direly and as soon as possible

I really need help, live help tried and the abuse report I filed will most likely take too long.
Today I banned someone because of misconduct. This person ( i reported her ) must have gotten really mad and sent 6 or 8 of her friends who spammed me with poofers that crashed my sim and made it inacessible even after Harmony Linden restarted it and turned scripts off. Also thet put a script on me or something that sends me notecards I have to set myself to busy chatting is impossible my email has 25k messages about this until i turned off email notification. We cant find a way to turn off these notecards i can not log off because the next time ill log in i will have 30k or more new notecards I deleted so many and by now I am just frustraded and in dire need of help. Relogging does not fix the issue and we cant even find out from whom those notecards come Lil Carducci is listed as owner but I dont think he or she was even near but just created the script.

I have several screenshots of the mess one was submitted as abuse report. Please help me I have 2 islands pay lots of money and my account is unusable !

I do want to let you know, however: Harmony communicated your problem to other Lindens, and if it's not already resolved, it's still being investigated so the spam will stop. I hope it ends soon, because this is just awful.
