In months previous, it was mostly me answering here and forwarding Q's that need extra help to the Lindens in the know.
As we grow, it's too much for any single person. And it's not healthy for one person to spend 8 hours a day on the forums answering post after post. How do I know? Because I've done it.
So I've asked for the help of my fellow Community Team members. You've seen many posts from Jeska and Robin recently, yes? We are catching up as much as we can, and realize we'll have to scale this forum as we go along.
At the same time, please pardon me personally... I correspond in many other areas too, including inworld chat and lots of emails. There's a lot "hidden" most of the world never sees, but I assure you we are being productive, listening to feedback, paying attention, answering question after question.
It also helps to scroll further back and see all the questions that did get answered. Thousands.
