Ok.
So, there are two accounts. Their names are Katya Malthus and Nathan Durant.
These accounts are both locked because payments made through a Paypal account were reversed.
These two accounts both have current payment information on file, that is not a Paypal account.
An email was sent in to billing@secondlife.com to have whatever amounts didn't get paid by Paypal, applied to these two accounts, by using the current billing information, that was on file.
The reply from two Lindens has been: "You must contact Paypal and have them send us (Linden Lab) an email that says your account is in good standing, before we can unlock the accounts."
So, no Paypal reps are willing to do this.
If either of these accounts logs in at secondlife.com and tries to link the account to the Paypal account in question, you get "this account has been restricted". If you go to Paypal and try to send money to billing@lindenlabs.com, you get "Linden Labs only accepts payments through their website".
So, can the accounts be unlocked with the current, valid information they have on file? Why does it have to be through Paypal?
Help us, dear god. I beg of thee.
