Around 40 Millions increase in "others" sinks ?
Can you explain what are thoses "others" ? I don't understand.
additionally :
2006 October, Stipends : 96,144,850 L$
2006 November, Stipends : 43,696,250 L$
around 50 millions decrease in stipend ?
Massive premium account deletion ? (that could explain the "Others" sink too ?)
