linden $ sinks

I was just looking at the Economic Statistics

and i noticed that the total sinks for November other category is more the triple already for the month then all of October. I am curious as to the reason for this. if it is permissible for you to share this information i would be greatly appreciative.
and if i am reading this wrong please forgive me and disregard this

The increase in other sinks was related to clean up of some cancelled
accounts that had Linden balances. Effectively, these Lindens were
already out of circulation so we would expect no impact to the exchange
rate overall. The Linden has been trading at a stable rate on
increasing volume for the past two months demonstrating the diversity
and strength of the Second Life economy.
