Negative L$ followup

A followup to /139/03/124152/1.html

Let's say that for whatever reason, I choose not to leave a group and my L$ balance is debited below L$0 by group liabilities. Would LL consider that amount "owed" to them? If I had US$ in my account at the time my account went below L$0, would the amount by which I was negative be taken in the equvalent amount of US$?
