How do I get billing support to answer my emails?

Maybe this is not the appropriate place for this so at this point I will not be specific (merely out of courtesy)
However I had a problem with Lindex and emailed billing support on the 16th Oct. I recieved a reply on the 17th asking for supporting evidence which I promptly sent via return.

Since then, and despite further emails from myself I am consistantly ignored. NOT ONE WORD! I grow increasingly annoyed.

I am happy to have this matter dealt with in private but PLEASE someone tell me how to get any response at all from LL.

I spend a lot of money here....I don't mind the often poor experience (everything has glitches) hell I don't even mind price increases that much....I am happy to pay my money and play but I do expect that I would get a half decent response when things go awry and your mistakes end up costing me money.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Did you already try calling support too? (If that's an option.) Can you please forward your email to me, [email]torley@lindenlab.com[/email] and I'll inquire with our Billing Lindens about it as soon as I can. I promise to reply too!
