Maybe this is not the appropriate place for this so at this point I will not be specific (merely out of courtesy)
However I had a problem with Lindex and emailed billing support on the 16th Oct. I recieved a reply on the 17th asking for supporting evidence which I promptly sent via return.
Since then, and despite further emails from myself I am consistantly ignored. NOT ONE WORD! I grow increasingly annoyed.
I am happy to have this matter dealt with in private but PLEASE someone tell me how to get any response at all from LL.
I spend a lot of money here....I don't mind the often poor experience (everything has glitches) hell I don't even mind price increases that much....I am happy to pay my money and play but I do expect that I would get a half decent response when things go awry and your mistakes end up costing me money.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
