'Thankies' for the response...but you did NOT answer the question. You did have a nice , long NON-answer, however. I asked who CONTROLS resmods. And btw..how are these resmods chosen.

And since I must have caught you in a verbose mood...why is Governor Linden an officer of the Azure Islands group? Is there some continuing benefit you guys offer through having the Gov as an officer of such a group? Perhaps financial or influential? Always wondered 'bout that Torleys. Have asked it many times. BUT I knows Torleys should have the answer!! Hope the cat doesn't get your tongue before you find those those SL answers :)) AND please respond to this Gov question NOT in a private message. TYSSSM!

Oh hey Margot!

No worries. Noone's in CONTROL of ResMods--that sounds like something outta Orwell's 1984. The Linden philosophy is more one of guidance. If you want someone who's accountable for how it works, that'd be myself or Jeska. :)

Lindens can be in Resident groups for work purposes. It's pretty common nowadays--for example, for the Infohub projects, I've been in groups like City Slickers so I could set the land to group, and help arrange things. Same goes for Governor--I should mention there are limitations in the current system in regards to land management which is gonna be ameliorated with the new Groups system. More details from Kelly Linden here. So no, no nefarious gridhopping scheme: just a matter of utility getting things done.

If you have concerns about any Linden impropriety--and I know the Gov, she's a good lady, maybe you wanna have tea at her house in Clementina? =o)--you can always send an abuse report with the evidence as I mentioned earlier.

BTW, it's "Thanxies"! Gotta have my taglines for easy IDing. ;)
