Dear lindens. Please advise. i posted a couple questions under post:
/139/a4/154788/1.html
regarding an event that took place a few days back, two days in a row. This post was a valid concern for many residents and i understand fully that you are very busy, but the TOS and CS are the core of this whole virtual world so I would be led to believe that this matter might be of some importance.

Please let me know what my next step should be? During each attack, i submitted an AR and called in a Linden. Each AR has been answered as resolved, yet the person who committed this act is still able to be online and nothing is listed for each day of attack, not even the verbal warning that was supposedly given after each incident. I also submitted an email to your abuse department as the answer had been unsatisfactory, or more specifically, non existent. On top of this as it has now gone unanswered in any manner, i tried the phone support line during business hours and unfortunately I am immediately sent right to voicemail.

Again, I know that you as a company are very busy, but I do believe this matter is a bit of an important one. 4 of the 6 Community Standards guidelines were violated by the same individual 2 days in a row and the person supposedly is let off with a verbal warning both times, yet I see on the police blotter, many incidents which only show a violation of 1 of the 6 ending in some type of suspension.

I will end my post with a question once more to keep this within your guidelines for this forum. please advise to your residents. Are these the proper courses to take during an assault of this or any nature? Will the TOS and CS be upheld when a situation such as this occurs, or shall we just have to learn to grin and bear it?

Thank you for your quick response in this very pressing issue.

Hi Felowen, I'm sorry that you've had these experiences but you have responded appropriately.

Although the forums aren't the place to get answers to specific abuse-related issues, it's fair to comment on your experience with the process. Because of the Privacy Policy, you will not be made aware of the results of Linden intervention. Because of the way Police Blotter scrolls though issues as resloved, it's possible that you might miss the one related to your report, when a large cluster of ARs are resolved together. Also, in regards to ARs and emails sent to Customer Support...Justice is not always swift, but where a violation can be confirmed, warnings/suspensions/bans are consistantly applied. The waxing and waning support load means that the time before an AR, email, or phone message can be addressed will vary. Please be patient while the CS team works on what are currently rather heavy loads.
