I need help getting a new password since the reset the problem is I've forgotten my e-mail address I used for my alternate account so am unable to get it that way and I see no other options when clicking the "E-mail no longer active link" only phone numbers.
I’ve sent countless e-mails to your support department all with the same sort of reply about contacting you by phone even though I have made it clear in my e-mails that phoning or being phoned is NOT an option for me and that I would like to resolve it by e-mail if possible, I can supply certain information that can verify that I am who I say I am and that the account in question is mine namely the last billed transaction I made using the card that I use for that account.
I’ve seen other posts on here where people have asked to sort things over e-mail by sending certain information and I would like to solve it this way, this as been going on long enough now and I would liked it resolved otherwise I will loose access to my alternate account through no fault of my own.
