1.) After donating 1 sim (65712 sqm of land) to my group, it showed an allowed total of 72652 sqm of land and 6940 sqm as available in the group window. I took this as a group bonus, assuming that "available" and "allowed" meant included within my usual tier of $195 monthly. But after purchasing a little more land, I found my tier raised to $292. Since I resold the land right away (with a loss), I'd like to know if my tier for this month could be lowered to the usual rate, since I only purchased additional land in the believe that the shown available amount was indeed available for the group.
I already asked this question here and received an answer telling me I'd post in the wrong subforum, with a link leading to the exact forum where my post was in (Linden answers).

2.) The new account registration provides no form of age check anymore, as well as a new resident's name or RL address is in no way verified if no payment information is given. Common sense tells me that there are currently minors using the adult grid. Since it is illegal to expose minors to adult content, I'd like to know if I as a crafter of such content could possibly run into any legal problems.
I currently have the access to my sim and shop restricted to players with payment information, but I'm very unhappy with that solution since I receive a lot of IMs of upset potential customers. It hurts my business and my sales numbers, so I'd like to open the sim for everyone again. But I want to know that I'm legally on the safe side; i.e. that at least by US law I don't do anything potentially illegal by selling adult content in a mature sim without any land access restriction. Is it true that I can't be held responsible if a minor gains access to my shop, since in theory no minor should be on the adult grid?

3.) There's a bug I've reported inworld several times, but I'm not sure anymore if it is a bug or a feature that I fail to understand. I sell several prim objects with modify and trade/resell permissions. This works fine with body attachments, but linksets meant to be placed on the floor often lose their resell perm on rez. One rezzes the linkset on the ground, picks it up again and the trade/resell permission is gone. Why is that? I had several customer complaints about this.

4.) A new issue. Lately there are some cases of people who don't receive any vendor messages, which means they also don't receive their objects. Turns out they had me or my business partner, the vendor owners, on their mute list. Apparently without knowing how we ever made it on their list. Naturally, those customers are very upset and feel cheated at first. Is this a new bug or database issue?

Hi Ishtara, thanks for asking these questions -- unfortunately this forum is not for bug reports or account-specific support issues. Please see the guidelines:

/139/45/138320/1.html

But briefly:

(1) You should contact Support for further help with this, please.

(2) This has come up on the Official Linden Blog and Linden Answers before -- please search. We're unable to provide specific legal advice or give a simple "yes" or "no" answer, but it's reasonable to expect that yes, since *all* Residents on the Main Grid must be 18 years or older and we state this very clearly in our Terms of Service, you shouldn't be liable. Again, this doesn't constitute legal advice... some people will sadly sue for the most ridiculous things.

(3) and (4) may be issues. I haven't heard of them before, personally. Please make sure you've already sent in bug reports (Help menu > Report Bug) with clear, step-by-step reproductions. If they're confirmed, they may show up on Support: Known Issues or future Release Notes.
