In response to problem of customer who, thanks to sim rollback, lost thousands of L$ worth in wares they purchased and placed in the sim, we are being told that:
"To prevent such events in the future, I would recommend that you save/copy/backup your work as you would with any computer application.
Consider going to some of the vendors you made your purchases from and explain what happened. Many vendors are willing to replace items lost. And in the future, make backup copies of any items you care about preserving."

Could i receive more detailed explanation just how exactly one "saves/copies/backs up" their work created with items set by the sellers to no copy/transfer, and how exactly can one prove to the vendors that such transfer-enabled items weren't passed to another person, but were in fact swallowed without trace by a rollback of sim to its previous state?
After all, if SL is "like any other computer application" and am being told to save/copy/back up my work, then i expect being able to do exactly that. Unfortunately, i cannot on my own figure out the way to do it with items that are set to 'no copy', but am hoping Claudia can follow up with at least as helpful clarification as the original advice she gave there...
