Minor still in game

Yesterday afternoon i was approached by a newbie. As i started talking to him i had the impression he was young and not suppose to be here.. Asking several questions about school and such.. I found out that this person was a 10 yr old boy.. 4th grade going into 5th grade. I was told that his older bro who is not much older told him about SL. Well needless to say I reported this child to LL. This was early evening yesterday and lo and behold this boy is still in game today. You would think with the info I gave LL they would cxl his account immedietly.. What is going on here and why is he still in game?

Whenever something like this happens, could you please be sure to include sufficient details from Help menu > Report Abuse, and paste in any relevant chat--for example, if someone says "i'm 10". Muchly appreciated so we can help you better.
