Are vendors not working properly a known issue?

Hi, it seems like vendors have been buggy and not working properly since the last update. On separate occasions, spanning different vendors, stores, and sims, my friends and I have paid into vendors and not received the merchandise paid for. I just wanted to know if this a known issue? Thank you.

I'm sorry for the hassles you've had with vendors, Cheyenne. If the problems with llGiveInventory not working reliably sound like what you're experiencing, then yes, definitely a known issue, and something we're keeping a watchful eye on to be resolved.
