Losing Items On lost and Found

Cleared cache twice and still gone, trying an uninstall/reinstall now but I've had probably 4 returns to my things since update and only 1 or 2 items from the return make it to inventory, on my own creations this isn't a big deal but for returns of orginal items this is potentially going to cost me a lot of money to replace things. Any fixes in progress for this? or are these items going to continue to disappear?

This sounds like objects may be coalesced (multiple objects shown as "a single one" in Lost and Found), have you seen this?
