I only react to demand. If I would not have done it somebody else would fill the gap. As realtor I am agent of my customers. It is my job to get land from the cheapest source. If I forget that I am bancrupt.

What is currently wrong with land system is that there exists one cheap source for land outside the auction system. You will see me adding many many more sims to my continent, desperately trying to compensate my losses on the mainland with cheap supply. Land business is tough. And when sudden major changes happen (e.g. land deeding feature in SL 1.6) you see people scramble to adjust... or jump from virtual skyscraper if they don't manage to.

Anshe, I wasn't taking a dig, I was recognizing the irony of the situation you're in. By adding new sims to bring online more cheap land, you're one of many who are adding to the reason you listed. Just a strange side effect to your biz.
