Anyone else find it odd that it just disappeared from the thread? After Tren Neva said it wasn't there? Whose alt is Clinton Oddfellow? Only in-world since September, and only 9 posts, all concerning Ginko. Hmmm.

Kindly do not make such brash assumptions with no proof. I do NOT like having my reputation discredited by people who have no facts whatsoever.

In truth, I am nobody's alt, and have no alts of my own.

I signed onto Second Life August 13 (IIRC, someone'll have to check my profile -- my SL-capable computer is currently off for repair), and started working for Ginko September 3.

My lack of posts means nothing. I generally have better things to do than post on the forums, I check the updates forum periodically, but that is about it. I was linked to the thread stareted by Anshe Chung, and have been monitoring it since Nov. 16.

I really don't think I owe you proof, but if you feel you require it, I have many friends in Second Life that can assure you I am who I say I am. If anyone else has any questions as to who I am, feel free to contact me via forum PM, or inworld IM (gets delivered to my email) and I will do my best to clear up your suspicions.

I find this totally asinine. I am NOT Tren Neva, nor have I ever been, if you'd like, I can probably get an administrator to compare our hostnames/IP addresses (pretty sure they're logged) and you'll find that we're not even in the same country.

Get used to it. Rilly, your hotline post is a bit OTT, and you don't stand a hope in hell of a Linden stepping in to prove squat anyway. Post in the forums and you WILL be accused of being an alt - and far worse. Who gives a shit? really? Michael seems to be the one with the problem here - so do yourself a favor and put the guy on ignore if his inane babblings and conspiracy theories upset you! He obviously has an agenda, but don't feel you have to answer it, much less prove anything to anyone. You'll soon find these forums are full of assholes. But you're not accountable to any one of them in any way, no matter how much they think you should be.

There isn't any harm in trying, worst they can do is say no.

I do not take libelous comments lightly. If Mr. Seraph is attempting to ruin my credability by placing my identity in question, I would like to make sure he does not succed.

Fair enough. But being serious... are you sure you're cut out for these forums? If you can't even take one of our regularly scheduled fictional alt outings from one of the paranoid conspiracy theorist gang, you're not likely to last the day!

Just one more piece of advice: the more you push back against it; the more you protest about your treatment; the more you get indignant about stuff being libelous or slanderous; the more you make public complaints to the Lindens etc.... the worse it's going to get and the more people you are going to have ridiculing you.

Tren Neva challenged me to back up my claim that Ginko gave out information on how to invest with Ginko in the other thread. I went back and searched the other thread for the comment and, lo and behold it wasn't there. So I clicked on your name, Mr. Oddfellow, and look, there's the very comment that Tren said didn't exist. It seemed very odd that one poster could know that another would remove the comments like that. I checked your public profile, you had an in-world birthdate similar to three other's in the Ginko thread that were supporting Ginko, including Franchises Lulu, who is Nicholas Portocarro's alt. Add to that the only posts you've made are concerning Ginko and that you don't belong to a single public group and it seemed a might suspicious.

I regret that I said you were an alt. I should have only said it seems you might be one. I hope that's clears up my end of this. Your end, however, is still a bit murky.

I think Michael Seraph enjoys starting drama for no reason and makes a big stink out of nothing. Clinton just ignore his childish comments. He isnt worth your time

In all this outrage, in all this drama, neither of you has bothered to answer a simple question. At the very least I deserve a kiss and hug from Tren.


Again, I apologize for asking whose alt Clinton was. It was wrong. I shouldn't accuse something like that without absolute proof. The facts that led to that conclusion, though interesting in themselves, do not constitute definitive proof that Clinton is an alt.

What question in #28 that quote you supplied is not in the ginko thread because it is post #25 in this thread, you also mentioned one user only had 7 posts and been here since november neither joined in november, clinton joined in october 05 and tren joined in 2004 and has lots of posts on a variety of topics.

What a lot of people don't realize, if I may say so, is that criticizing somebody just a whole bunch gradually leads to backlash. The less involved observer tends to start rooting for the "underdog." Constantly being on somebody's case actually WINS them supporters.

Sorry about that, thought you were talking about your first quote of a user, and yea the month i read from your box instead of the box above although i was close with 7 and 9 although he has answered 10 more since, cant say he's ignoring you.

As far as the other post goes i remember seeing it too, after someone asked for the information, the post asking for information is also missing so guess he didnt want to look like he was pushing the service with noone asking?

I actually had no idea that those posts were deleted, I haven't read back in the thread to check my posts. I'll assume that a moderator deleted those posts, and we'll leave it at that.

To clarify -- I first discovered and activated my forum account October 5. I have mostly lurked around, looking at the announcement forum, or peeking into posts linked to me by my friends. My birthdate in Second Life is August 13, 2005.
