Let us NEG RATE people again (though strictly via abuse reports that result in punishments) and increase upload fees based on content. Then find another dozen ways to charge. Maybe creating a landmark costs 25 and giving a copy of it away the same. Putting one in a copyable notecard cost 100$L. Oh, GOD no. Charging for landmarks? Charging for teleportation? These strike me as a very bad idea.
