Just for the record, right now GOM is selling at $4.04/L$1K (5K to 50K blocks), Anshe Chung is selling at $4.50/L$1K (5K blocks only), and Hank Ramos is selling at $4.32/L$1K (5K blocks only).

GOM is buying at $4.02/L$1K (10K to 100K blocks), Anshe Chung is buying at $3.95/L$1K (100K block minimum), Hank Ramos is not buying L$.

I know someone that sold to IGE a little bit ago and they did not get $4.10 per thousand....

Just as correction: I sell 10k, 25k and 50k blocks. Selling price range between 4.36 and 4.49 per 1000 L$ depending on block size

I pay 4.10$ per 1000 L$ if you sell to me, but only buy 100k or more, not buying small quantity. Just updated buying price on website

Remember, you have to include hidden fees and the like. GOM has hidden fees that must be taken into consideration. There is a built-in 2.9% + US$0.30 cost for each block of US$ cash added to your account (buying L$), and a US$0.12 per block cost when selling(selling L$, price will be lower if you sell large amounts).

So GOM costs not US$20.20 to buy L$5000, it can cost up to US$21.11. (Being US$4.22 per L$1000 by your scale).

GOM also only pays not US$20.05, but US$19.45 after US$0.60 in Fees (US$0.12 per block).

Hank Ramos, Anshe Chung, and IGE do not charge extra fees. The price you see is the price you pay. I think GOM is great, but there is room for other services that are easier to use than GOM. GOM is a market, for those who like to play such things. The others are services, who try to make the purchase and sale of L$ easy.

So the recalculated comparison is...

They disabled it from their main page, but if I goto the direct link you are showing (https://www.ige.com/ssl/sellcurrency.aspx?lang=en) it appears to work. I suspect they tried to shut the service down, but seem to have it running in the background. I'd guess they will reverse the orders, but who knows. I'm not IGE

I saw the title of this thread and imagined someone drowning in Linden staffpeople like a bin of wheat..

I envisioned some sort of LL uprising, perhaps a Stalin-style purge of the feeted innards (come on Andrew, Phillip--you know they're too close to be trusted. And I've seen certain Liasons organizing paramilitary training camps for the newbs).
