Pants to Skirt Slider

I think it would very useful if the pants slider for bagginess went all the way into a skirt. Basically you can have tight pants, baggy pants, or a skirt ... basically have both pant legs attach to each other ;)

this has come up before and although I do think the idea has its merrits I think (Im not sure if I remember correctly) its more complex than it seems. I DO know that pants alone can get terribly distorted in certian spots when texturing. I *think* adding more places to distort would make this worse. I'd be interested in hearing from Xenon about it. I searched the archives since I thought there was a reply once but I didnt find anything

We definitely need SOMETHING to create a dress or a robe. Using objects just doesn't cut it right now.
