I am hosting a lot of events/classes and there is one thing I really need. I really need a clock in world - preferrably on the events tab. I am GMT +1 and thinking PST with or with out daylight savings can be tough on my poor brain :p

We have so many timezones RL - please help us with the Linden zone - PST. I know it can be set here in the forum but it is usually in game I need it and I prefer to set my own zone in forum posts.

Please? Can we have that?

I'm sure just about any scripter could whip you up an in game clock :D

At least until / if this is implemented.

I have an analog "time zoner" clock that can be verbally adjusted for any time.

As well my other analog clocks can be easily modified to show a particular time zone.

I don't have any attached type clocks/watches, but those would be simple to make.

Thanks all for your suggestions :)

Cailyn is making me a clock to use in game - I still want the feature on the Event tab tho - that is the only time I really need one - when setting up events and making ready for them :)

I dont have a watch attached to me in RL - why here :p

I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this...

But in the megamap, all of my event times appear in the same time I'm in (EST). At first that even made me confused, lol, but then I was like... awesome!

Had to run and check this out - and yes there is a difference - now I will be more than ever confused lol

The times are still PST but written in military times - like europeans do. So now i will have to remember that 13.00 is ummm.... wait.... 22.00 :D I made it lol VERY confusing tho lol

Simple formula for figuring out military time:

if the time is > 12, subtract 12. (and result is, naturally, always PM, except for 24:00, which is AM).

13:00 - 12 = 1 (1 o'clock)
24:00 - 12 = 12:00
20:00 - 12 = 8:00
etc..
