Due to the rise in scams caused by the new registration system and others a lot of businesses and customers are getting ripped off by scammers. Many suggestions have been put foward to the combat these malicious activites. Some of them include setting auto-return and disalllow creation of outside objects. But scammers still find ways to go around this, and such settings do hinder customers and store owners alike.

Thus this feature is being proposed:

Under land options, similar to "Allow outside script", "Allow Create Objects", it would be good to implement an option to Allow/disallow money transactions between people on that given land.

Thus a store owner could set it up so that only transactions between the store owner/group members and customers are allowed while all other outside transactions are not allowed on that land. This would kill the majority of the new scams.

I'm trying to submit this proposal, but each time I submit it (after checking all fields are filled), I'm getting a blank page. There is also nothing under "My Proposals".

Have you used all your votes already? No idea if that could be it, but it might.

I have 10 votes left, so I don't think that's the problem? Tried it with IE/Mozilla, so am sure it's not the browser doing that.

Tried it under linux on Firefox, getting same blank page.

Edit : Seems like the form does not like quotes in it, I removed the "'s and replaced it with ('s and it worked fine.
