I am suggesting this so that I can add this to the voting section.
I believe that linden labs should start working on an offline version of Second Life where you can have an entire sim to yourself, or any reasonable ammount of land. As well as a new import objects option so that you can import objects you make offline. With this builders can build what ever they want with out the annoyences of other people and having enough room in the sandbox. People could also make an offline house for fun. Lets say you cant get online because of a sertant problem that wont be fixed for weeks than you can still have fun building scripting and animating things in offline SL so that you can later import objects and you wont have to worry about getting kicked off of sl in the middle of creating something and loosing it in the sandbox.

So what do you think of this idea? Would you vote for it?

Next verse same as the first. This is my next project once Game Dev is over. I plan to write an offline editor in Blender using the native Python Interpreter and XML-RPC.

I'm also very excited by the answers my questions received at the Town Hall. That will play into things nicely.
