So Neo Rebus and I went to Linden Labs today. We got to see where they all sit (one big room). And we met Cory, Dan, David, Haney, Jeska, Kona, Lee, Phillip, Ramzi, and more whose names I forgot. Robin wasn't in the office
 boo!  We wrote our names on the board near the entrance; more of y'all need to visit only names so far are: Pituca Chang, Garth Fairlight, Bacarra Rhodes, and now Neo Rebus and His Grace. And they gave us T-shirts.  You really should visit. You get to meet all the great people who work so hard to make SL as awesome as it is, and Phillip and Haney are really interested in knowing what residents think of SL and where it should go. _____________________

Would you believe I used to live just down the street from LL when I was going to college in San Francisco? I didn't either when I found out. Spent 5 years down there, then moved up to Oregon with my Girlfriend so she could go to college. And it's here that I discovered Second Life and where it all started. Couldn't believe I was right in their neighborhood! Well... My GF's family lives not too far from the city, so we drive down now and again for visits. While she isn't a resident of SL, she suggested we should pop in sometime. And we will. Looking forward to it.

We'll be paying a visit to LL within the next month or so, once we get moving up that way.
And of course, we'll be visiting His Grace and Neo Rebus too - Oraibi wouldn't let me pass on that one! _____________________

Thanks for posting about this, His Grace. I am still wanting to read Pituca and Garth's recollection of their adventures at LL... has that been posted yet? If so, I have missed it so please point me to where it is, thanks Wow... real SL T-shirts with the hand-eye logo on them? What a pilgrimage! A virtual SL offices should be built somewhere... that would be a fun tour for those who can't make it to the real thing for whatever reason. _____________________

They might not let me on the plane with you though since you are, the bomb. (sorry, that joke was there and I had to take it) And what His Grace really means is, let them know ahead of time and mention if you're bringing James so they can all act as if they went home early. I'd love to visit 'em. So far it seems the visiter list is SL celebs. Do they allow mere mortals (like me ) on the premises? I'm picturing security hauling me off while I'm going "It's me! Olympia!
