Sadly, our horrible, oppressive government here in Canada doesn't permit American Mountain Dew to be sold. The commonly held belief is that that only dark-coloured beverages may have caffiene added to them, though I have to say that I'm skeptical of that.
Either way, there's no caffiene in Mountain Dew north of the border. _____________________

It's true. We can have pot and government-run safe-injection clinics for homeless people to shoot up in, but no caffiene in clear beverages. It makes me wonder why they changed the formula at all rather than just making Canadian Mountain Dew dark green. They probably tried that though.

Holy SHIT the one drink that causes me endless pain due to the fact that I cannot find it on any store shelf anymore is Citra. That was the best drink I have ever had. But dnl (7up upside down) is my new favorite, even though it looks like it may die just as fast as Citra did
 For the record, Coke tastes better to me. Pepsi has way too much sugar or syrup or something. Saturated flavor yucks me out. But lemon-lime drinks are still where it's at as far as I'm concerned (thus the Citra and dnl addictions). Hey, dnl is GREEN. How fucking cool is that? _____________________

Well, I can't find it anyway... As for alternatives - Redbull every time. Evil farking stuff, but it doesn't half do the job. Anything with a warning label of "Not suitable for diabetics or persons sensitive to caffeine" has got to be good. _____________________
