This just in...

Spotted, male of inditerminate age driving a teal blue truck with campershell.
Last seen travelling Southbound 5 just before the Garnett/Balboa exit at approx. 5:50pm PDT.
Distinguishing mark: White SL hand logo sticker

If this individual has been spotted or you have further information on the suspect, please contact Trinity Serpentine of the SLSDPD (or my pm, probably easier).

It's by Pacific Beach/Sea World.

Kins, Don't run and hide, flag him down!

Urs, you in SD too? Tripped me out when I saw it. Too bad I was stuck in the exiting lane and was bumper to bumper.

the 8

Haha, deja vu from the funny regional sayings thread. I love the self-importance Californicators place upon their freeways. It's not just an 8, it's THE 8! Muahaha. :p

Oh, and BTW, if I had my druthers, I'd be zooming (or crawling?) around on the 8, myself. Trin, is that poolboy position still open?

Hehehehe, I'm guilty of it myself. When I lived in GA I was constantly ribbed for saying THE 75, and THE 285. *snickers*

PaoPao, I don't have a pool but you could be my...errrrmmmm...Oh! You could be my bathtub boy! :D ;)

I meant the part of the freeway I saw the player on was by PB/Balboa. Sorry for the confusion. :(

May have been a Linden going about Linden business, seeing as how he had the hand sticker and all. Maybe someone bringing beer to Philip, since we know he likes to relax in San Diego.

He does? Hmm... maybe it was Philip himself. If we corner him, will he give us L$? ;)

Trippy part about visiting LL:

When Trin and i talked to Philip and he mentioned he grew up in SD, he then mentioned where he grew up in SD.......which is, if I remember right, the same street Trin and I live on now. Creepy, eh?

Hey, great idea LL!

Why don't you send us all a Second Life Bumper Sticker?

It would be great advertising and kinda cool to run into fellow SL'ers on the road.

Cool! I want one.

Or, better yet, I'd like one of those electro-static vinyl thingys that you affix to your rear window. Maybe just the SL seeing-eye-hand icon with no further text or explanation (keep 'em guessing, in the true SLuminati style). I'd pay shipping and handling, LL, if you're listening! :D

I live not to far north of there, just off THE 405.

I bet it was Bub, coming back from a beer run to Tijuana.

How about that... freaky that you'd live on his old street. Hmm, just how many of us are there in San Diego? I've actually met one SLer who's local, but I'm not sure he'd want me to tell everyone who he is.

Hmmm.. he hasn't logged on in a couple months.

Ok I admit...I was doing a scoutting trip for the LL. Unfortunatly, now that Trin has seen me, I have to 'deal' with her... Trin.. you must fly out here ASAP for the weekend so that I might ply you with liquor and fun! heh

Are you sure you didn't see one of these, Trin?

I see these on surfer's cars all the time.
