From: Jauani Wu Post! Post often! And make it contreversial. it doesn't matter that everyone gets your point. it doesn't matter that your points have been categorically refuted. it doesn't matter if nobody agrees. the goal is exposure. you can try posting in an intelligent and dynamic manner but i advise against it. that takes effort and can slow down progress. hehe

Speaking of builds, here are pictures of Green Gables, the first in my new line. It's finished and sitting around waiting for me to figure out how to box it and put it out for sale. Hopefully. the pics will be small enough - I set them at "best for web use" size. coco

Work it, Beau. Y'all really do work hard at this. It's almost painful to watch. It's funny how fast this goes from, "People who can't create anything and try to get recognition through posting," to, "Content creators who are mad cause they can't get recognition." I spell that out not for those of you enjoying yourselves in this thread, but for those who may not be so familiar with these forums and thus what is going on in this thread. I'm not mad because I can't get recognition for my content. I will get recognition, and I've always known that. (In fact, I just got instant recognition in the space of 2-3 posts.) It takes time, though, to create good content (just as it did in TSO), especially when you are only four months old, you have to learn the whole thing from the ground up, and you've been trying to fend off forum clowns and reform the forums from your back pocket. Prok, too, creates good content, and works just as hard doing it. His content, though, is less in terms of building the structures himself (or scripting them) and more in terms of building social value by providing ways for people to live, as well as events of worth. In addition to being generous to other players - and supportive of their talent - almost to a fault. In those two ways, he puts his money where his mouth is. [Insert obligatory big mouth joke to save others the trouble.] coco

I am sorry you feel it had to be turned into something about you and Prok. Fact is I really dont know you, I met you once in world and I really dont care what you build. I just happen to think the FIC thing is silly, so I made a post showing what a joke it is.

That's why I didn't respond to the thread because she, I mean he made the thread kind of open, but since you point out that it's about a specific person, I'll own up and forgive her, I men him.

Is this someone you are accusing me of being an alt of? Are you an alt of Prok? I really am confused by your post. Edit: OK, I see now who J-Wu is, the thread starter. I am thinking now that you are confused and didnt realize Coca was refering to my post. Ehh, I think I will just drink more java and wait to wake up before trying to make sense of sl.com madness.

Beau, the first thing to go in the lock-step brigade is the ability to understand humor. Don't sweat it. This person has fairly proven that she can't make a post that isn't filled with paranoiac fear that she's being attacked, it is part of the new 'I'mma victim' platform from which she's lobbying for Prok's return. Trust me, the rest of the world understood the humor just fine.

(Heh... that's going to entertain me all day, the image of two avies standing at the hub, one cursing for lack of portage and the other, with a sly and secretive smile, giving the 'special sign' upon which she gracefully disperses into white particles and arrives without so much as a light dew at her new destination.... leaving the other looking stumped, annoyed, and frustrated before someone off camera whispers, 'You really should join the FIC...')

In fact, I can reveal this special sign, as its invocation also requires the special PortPass attachment. The special sign is a Michael Jackson moonwalk crotch-grab.

The special sign is a Michael Jackson moonwalk crotch-grab. Darn. I knew that that animation pack I bought was missing something. Of course that was signified by the notecard that said "YOUR FIC ANIMATIONS ARE NOT HERE. You are not a member. Please pay Enabran Templar obscene amounts of money and you might get them".
