Chocolate pudding is the best! ~Ulrika~ I make a really good rice pudding. Low fat but very delicious. I usually top it with some Cool Whip Lite and have it with a nice cup of coffee. _____________________

Lemon Ice Box Pie is my summer favorite. Kinda like pudding...but colder....and it has Vanilla waffers too.

Tapioca makes a great thickner for PIE....but if I must give a pudding favorite, it would have to be Danish Rice Pudding....put a currant sauce on it.. and you are in heaven.

That is a waste of a good tapioca, if you ask me. Pie should be thick enough without tapioca... Don't use frozen fruit!

Man, I leave for awhile to have dinner with the missus and see a movie and this is what happens?
(btw, Charlie and the Chocolate factory is excellent. Brilliantly executed. Go see it.) Also, tapioca is major ass. Pudding should not have that texture. _____________________

Tapioca makes a great thickner for PIE....but if I must give a pudding favorite, it would have to be Danish Rice Pudding....put a currant sauce on it.. and you are in heaven. I'll have to find my wife's recipe.. maybe post it. - Taylor Rice pudding should never be mixed with anything! No Raisins, no currant nothing!! He wasnt supposed to escape his little room at the office that I keep him locked in, and somehow he did to post this. I have put a new lock on his door and he's now safely hidden from the public.
