i love my lake. ive been buying some land in blue for a long time now piece by piece, marking each one with a sphere to see how much i had as time went on. eventually i had a large enough hunk of land to make "lake charlotte". i yanked up the balls and started hollowing out the land for the lake. we put a yatch in it, but it looked goofy so we took it out. robin wanted to put her house on it, so we let her, and we at the commune agree that her house looks really good. i have a raft floating around at the other end that i really like.
you may or may not like my lake, but i love it.
i have to deal with 'toilet bowl guy' in my back yard, and spinning signs outside my bedroom window, and a large white building up against my property line, and as i may think they are horrible, obviously someone else loves them.
what ive learned here in second life? do things on my land that make me happy, ignore people bitching at me, eventually they go away.
end of discussion for me.
