Ryan Linden asked for resident-created sculpture to display in the Welcome Area a while ago. Did anything ever happen with that? I don't hang out at the WA so I haven't ever seen.

Hiya, Second Life is full of talented artists who create amazing sculptures and illustrations. I'd like to set up a Resident Art Gallery at the inworld Linden Office to highlight this fact. It will be a large outdoor display of Resident-created sculptures and illustrations/images, and I want to cycle the displays to give all interested Residents a chance to show their work. If you're an artist and would like to participate, please let me know. Thanks! -Pathfinder P.S. Nothing will be sold at this gallery...it will be strictly for display purposes. Count me in. Hope to see you all there! And please continue to submit artwork to me inworld...I will be rotating the displays to give all interested Residents a chance to have their artwork displayed. And also...please share with me landmarks to any Resident-run Art Galleries you know of in Second Life. I am going to have a notecard dispenser set up at the Linden Gallery to give out information on all the other Art Galleries in Second Life to help raise awareness. Thanks! _____________________
