what do you drink while you are next to your computer and playing SL, I always wonder these things... or how much does a person drink...
Tea mostly, wine when I want to get "happy", and sometimes a beer.

The wine has to be good stuff though, (i.e.- dry French red) and the beer is *never* American and usually a Guinness.

mmmm... foamy!

:)

Soda or water during the day. Beer at night.

Probably an equal amount of coffee and non-carbonated water most of the time. Rarely ever soda or anything too sweet. Other times, Newcastle.

Was ist Newcastle? I'm wondering whether this refers to "Newky Brown" - Newcastle Brown Ale.

Ooooh. Chai (hot), Blenheims (a spicy Ginger Ale--a bit hard to find), Diet Coke with Lime (some people find this disgusting). Sometimes, when typing accuracy is not an issue :), I will have a Sophia (Champagne in a can), but I don't do this often becuase it is $20 a 4 pack. :D

I should try another source of Chai as it should be the sort of thing I'd like. I've tried Twinnings Chai with sugar but without milk and wasn't impressed.

Real ginger ale is very hard to find. You can buy a Caribbean ginger tea here which is fabulous - most ginger ale (and lemon and ginger tea) is very anaemic.

Champagne in a can sounds very wrong. Beer and pop/soda belongs in cans. Champagne belongs in posh places out of bottles.

Exactly that. Newcastle Brown Ale. The one and only. :D Smooth, flavorful, and you don't have to drink it ice-cold to avoid its real flavor like most American beers.

How dare you put tea and coffee in the same category... coffee tastes like crap (yet has some practical use, sortof), tea is much better..

Roberta, the Chai I like is supermarket fodder, Celestial Seasonings--it comes in decaf, too. I drink it plain; it is just that good.

The ginger ale comes from my adopted home-state, South Carolina--it can be ordered by the case for $16, but they do not have a website. :( Otherwise, it can be found only in southern gas stations and/or Whole Foods. The spicy ginger ale has a real kick (it makes me sneeze) :).

Yes, champagne (well, sparkling wine since it is from California) in a can is *all* wrong; but it is packaged so beautifully; I can't resist (when I have the cash). It is a product of Niebaum-Coppola winery--Francis Ford made champagne (sparkling wine) for his daughter's (Sophia Coppola) wedding, then just kept producing it. It even comes with a tiny, pink, extendable straw--a juicebox for adults and oh-so girlie. :D

Slainte!

Chai tea is pretty good, I don't get that regularly though. Anyone drink Oolong tea?

I would, but every stupid supermarket I ever go to doesn't have it....grrrrrrrrrr.

I inhale water all day and then at night I drink beer or wine.

Occasionally Jack and Coke when I can afford it.

I can get really rude though, if I'm too buzzed, and there's someone in front of me who's annoying me. Although I suppose that's true in any situation :)

Are you talking ginger beer or ginger ale?

Ginger beer is one of my favorites but you can't get it around here anymore except for a rather spicy Jamaican brand.

This is the non-alchoholic stuff but so gingery it makes your eyes water right?
yeah! :)

Looking at the list of people who chose Rum/Vodka/Tequila, maybe it's time to start drinking more alcohol whilst in SL.
