Okay everyone, take a DEEP breath. None of us were there "in person" and these are clearly issues that people feel very strongly about, with both Philip and Trimming towards the top of the list! Its okay to get passionate, and remember... we always miss things like tone of voice and inflection when dealing with text. Everyone who's posted to the thread is fairly well known as "good people".
