actually, i think it would be nice to make a minimum land ownership requirement per sim. i'd like it a lot. but i think it's a terrible idea. it would be an implementation nightmare, and to problem would graduate from being 4x4 to 8x8 plots of land. i don't see how this would solve anything. from another point of view, you're talking about "major" (or qualified) land holders in a sim being able to exercise something like the right of eminent domain on "minor" (or unqualified) land holders. i have problems with that. _____________________
