How about some really unpronouncable Russian/Easter-European names(Or just super long ones)? I wonder, is there a character-limit on names, either first or last? I'd imagine there is, so really, what might said limit be? And on that note, what about alph-numeric codes as last names? Or Army-alphabet, like Alpha, Bravo(I think already done?) and others. Though "Hotal" and "Papa" might seem a bit odd, unless your first name was Bates or Yor.
