From: Lupo Clymer "bloody chainsaw" Did you get that "bloody chainsaw". Lets see lets brake that up. First Chainsaw, a portable power saw that has teeth linked together to form an endless chain. Now if we understand this we know that it’s a Blade that can cut people. Second Bloody, (2) smeared or stained with blood. Now anything covered in blood would be seen as a reason to stop some one legally. Add the two back together. Bloody Chainsaw, a motorized unit that can be used as a weapon covered in blood.
Legal ground to stop him from crossing? Oh yes they have a legal obligation to stop him and ask questions about the blood. Read the article. It says From: someone Sgt. Gary Cameron of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police would not comment on whether it was, in fact, blood on the chain saw Yet the hype says it was blood when in fact there is no confirmation it is blood. Leads me to believe this is going to be used as something to stir up hysteria so the border crossing rules can be changed to deny border crossing for any reason, including political reasons.

From: Rose Karuna They found nothing, because there was nothing to be found and then they left me with having to phone my father to drive 150 miles to the border and put my car back together for me because they wouldn't.
That's just f*cked up. Completely. I do not understand how we let the government abuse our own citizens like this. Search the car - fine. Need to remove the seats? OK. But you damn well better put it back after you're done. I've heard stories like this many times and it amazes me that law enforcement can tear apart your home/car and not be held responsible for returning it to it's original state when they come up empty handed.

From: Torley Torgeson
Sounds like a case for the next Bill & Ted movie. Party on Torley! From: Colette Meiji I doubt Franklin would support a man with a bloody saw trying to get into the country, without first finding out where the blood might have come from. I disagree; then again there were not really border grads like there is today. Also no one EVER puts there sword away wet from blood, gums up the sheaf. I am all for Liberty. I also believe 9/11, the shoe guy, and now this are all the reasons we are losing our rights. We need to stand for them. Yes if you come to the Border with some weapons and a bloody chainsaw you should be stopped. Do your job. Now we had people talking about Airport security not doing there job allowing the dumb asses on 9/11 to get on the plain, BUT box cutters were legal to take on the plain. We are not talking security grads here. We are talking Federal Marshals letting in a Chainsaw killer in to the USA!

The fact is he could not say if it was or was not because that is DETAL of a crime. Can't do that. Could it have been bloody? Yes. If so then why was he let in the USA?

[/COLOR] Only 10% of cases involve seizer of property go to court. Only 20% of seized property is ever given back. That means 70% is kept by the government with out cause! Nice, how can I get in to that money making racket?

heh My mother and Grandmother are Canadian I just cant imagine them swearing to a stranger. They would have very politely belitled the person.
Now they swear fine to people they know. Go figure.
I imagine younger Canadians are different, Of course.

The RCMP are renowned around the world for being both polite and very good at what they do. It's a stereotype, and there are doubtless exceptions, but whenever I've been through Canada I've never heard a cross word from any Canadian. Then again, I've never been to Quebec, nor set foot in Parliament

No cop ive ever met ever swore around me. Have always been polite, Even when giving me a ticket. I should have said that right. I have allot of friends and family that are cops. They are all foul mouthed. I don’t know how they are when giving tickets. I do know that when just around other cops they are foul mouthed. It’s like me I never say any thing “Blue” at work, but get me with my friends it’s Fuck this fuck that. Was really bad when I was a Die maker, I mean every think was a cunt (we never said C we always said the word) hair off or what not. When the Eng (what I am now) walked out we never said any thing “Blue” (just a hair off [said with a smile]).
