Im sure that I wont be here much longer just wanted to make a point that life here will be a lil less exciteing without me , enjoy your success in alienating me from the community for haveing my own views ..............

Yes Im outspoken and a bit brash at times but thats me im not a fake like some here who have alot of you manipulated into believeing they are someone they are not, someday you will see the light....things are not always as they appear

Err...
I don't really care if your posts are the longest running...
I don't really care if you aren't going to be around any longer...
I don't really care if you think you're the most outspoken one...
I don't really care if you think you're the person shaking things up!
Basically... I don't care.

Maybe if you used your time here to build something that I would marvel at, created a script that did something I found amazing, or gave me a conversation I came away feeling happy about, I would care.

But you didn't, so I don't. Sorry! :D

I actually went and read the "new form of greifing" thread cuz I was bored, and mid-way I got an idea I wanted to post!

Maybe you got a giant penis next to your house because someone felt you deserved a giant penis next to your house. "Go Go Gadget Popularity" Rivn! Live with it! :D

I just browsed through that Griefing thread just now...I think my knowledge and maturity has decreased after reading that topic....

Remember Rivn, it's quality not quantity that counts

I was gonna say something, but just too apathetic to type it.

Riven if you choose to go, bye.
Maybe some people are alienating you - but ya know, who cares?

I've said things people dont like. And if they dislike me for them, so what? That doesnt stop me from enjoying SL.

If it's just a popularity contest, then I'm at home watching m.a.s.h.

In the end, words of wisdom. Dont drink soda just after washing your teeth, Dont piss against the wind, Dont get your undies in a knot over other people's views, and last but not least.. If people are laughing at you, take a good look, maybe you would find it funny too.

oh - and never take your problems to Jerry Springer.

I have nothing against you but it seems like you enjoy the negative attention and it seems as though you keep trying to get more. You have said bye a few times - handed your sl money to someone but continue to post DAILY. Ethier stay or go :P

Rivn, 3 things.
1: Don't bash the icon. Gay Spiderman beats you in coolness any day :D
2: I'm surprised you're not a minor. I'm pretty damn sure your attitude wouldn't be very welcome here at my college RIT.
3: Mocking the reading skills of someone with insomnia at 5am in the morning won't get you anywhere

Ladies and gentlemen, this thread has been hijacked. Please remain calm. Obey my instructions and none of you will be hurt.

This thread will now be used to discuss things that we would like to see built in SL, but have not had the time, skill or inclination to do ourselves.

I'll start:

Small:
Nice overalls

Medium sized:
Working vechicles

Big:
An adventure game, a la Maniac Mansion

I want a dungeon maze with traps.

and

A "Door Room" / "Portal Room" with doors or portals that teleport you to different places

or

A linked "gate" system that could teleport you from one gate to another.

Ama I was actually thinking about making that maze thing, but I'd need a LOT of land for it.

Easy:
The new voting booths that were announced by Lindens to be NEEDED for the newly patched SL. (None of you had them last night!)

Medium:
A way to play my Plinko game so that anyone can play, and rezing the plinko object takes money out of their pocket instead of mine.

Hard:
A stadium specifically built as though it were for a (pro - AKA: fake) wrestling match at the center, with a built in cage that could be lifted and dropped by a switch.

Impossible:
Anyone ever see those tiny marble rollercoaster sets? I used to have one when I was little. You built a tiny rollercoaster type thing with 2 very long plastic pieces of wire, which formed a rail that a marble could roll on. If I saw a working one of these in-game... My jaw goes

How much land? I could buy a large chunk if you could afford the building materials and time to build it.

Well I'd normally get right on it, but tonight is my last night playing until March 8th (read my FYI thread). So unless you can find someone else to do it for you before then, I'll 'get right on it' when I get back from home ;)

Another measure of your youth, hell I was out of college 18 years ago...not to mention there wouldnt be much they could do about it but try and kick my ass ....note *TRY*

I wouldnt want to be in college these days with all the ANTI-American sediments and movements going on , a bunch of half informed people that havent yet a clue what life is all about trying to make statements in which they are totally uninfomed about while at the same time are trying to assure us we have a bright future and at some point these imbisiles will be in charge of this Nation ....I shiver at the thoughts

I can buy a 7 * 7 ( 28m * 28m ) plot for it, in outlands or not (your decision). And waiting one week won't matter to me. :)

Point of information re: "The new voting booths that were announced by Lindens to be NEEDED for the newly patched SL. (None of you had them last night!)"

The current vote stations are currently working. The new ones aren't yet available.

Dave:
This idea kind of inspired me. I don't think it would be impossible. I have seen things like this, but I would appreciate your input if I try to make one. I am usually at my shop in Lindenburg when I am on.

Thanks for the idea!
